TRWC DEFINES ART AND CRAFT

Merriam Webster's Collegiate Dictionary - 10th Edition

"Craft – to make or produce with care, skill or ingenuity

Art – the conscious use of skill and creative imagination, especially in the production of aesthetic objects.

If the things you make incorporate any or all of the above characteristics you are invited to join Three Rivers Women's Collective. We are not going to get hung up in semantics, for purposes of TRWC they are one and the same thing. If you are producing something, are involved in any "COTTAGE INDUSTRY", and you are unsure of where it fits, bring it or a picture to a meeting and we will be happy to help you decide, and work with you to produce a viable product.

Also, any creative, artistic men out there who think they can tolerate working with a group made up of 85% women are most welcome to join us.
